Our Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice:
1. We will review the claim within 48 hours
2. If valid, we will remove or disable access to the content
3. We will notify the alleged infringer
4. We will document the takedown
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:
- Your signature
- Identification of removed content
- Statement under penalty of perjury
- Your contact information
- Consent to jurisdiction
Repeat Infringers
We may terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
